Villagio Apartments | Plumbing and HVAC

Villagio Apartments is a new 200-unit apartment complex located on Missoula’s Northside. Temp Right Service was proud to partner with the ownership group, general contractor, architect, and other trades for design-build project delivery.

Temp Right Service provided input from the initial project conception regarding construct-ability, system efficiency, maintenance, and cost. Working closely with the design and construction team has allowed for this project to obtain funding to break ground in May of 2021 with an expected completion date of early 2023.

Furthermore, real-time 3D site conditions were incorporated into our building information model (BIM), which included framing, lighting, and fire sprinkler among other trades allowed us to create a prefabrication plan that allowed our mechanical and plumbing teams to maximize efficiency to both keep costs down and meet project schedule.
